When is the Phasmophobia PS5, Xbox release date? After almost three years of being available on PC, Kinetic Games is finally bringing Phasmophobia to consoles and it will be developed alongside the PC version.

This is an early access release on consoles, but Phasmophobia is already a huge hit on PC after blowing up on Twitch and YouTube with many streamers playing it and it becoming one of the best PC horror games. The Phasmophobia PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PSVR 2 release date is August 2023 which was confirmed at the Xbox Games Showcase Extended. The game is not coming to PS4 or Xbox One and will launch into early access on consoles before it eventually hits 1.0.

Phasmophobia PSVR 2 support

Phasmophobia will support PSVR 2 on PS5, as confirmed by Kinetic Games in the reveal trailer. Little is known about its PSVR 2 functionality currently, but we will be sure to update the article when we find out more.

The game will allow for optional crossplay across PSVR 2, PC, PS5, and Xbox, so you can expect a similar experience to what you can find on PC right now.
