Special editions of Starfield offer up almost a week of early access

Bethesda has just confirmed all the Starfield special editions available and you'll be able to play this Xbox RPG a week early if you spend a little more on it.

We don’t say this lightly, but Starfield is shaping up to be one of the best games of all time. We know it’s going to be one of the best Xbox games to come out this year, but the sheer amount of content coming to Bethesda’s new RPG is truly mind-blowing – and, it’s going to take a lot of time for you to get through. If you want to get a head start on that, you’ll be pleased to know that Starfield early access is offering players almost a week of extra time with the game.

Revealed at the end of the Starfield Direct, Bethesda confirmed that the Premium Edition and Constellation Edition of Starfield will come with five days of early access.

That means, ahead of the Starfield release date, you’ll be able to start playing on Friday, September 1, 2023. Yes, that’s not a long time away at all – is it? Best get your Starfield pre-orders in now.

In addition to all of this, the Starfield Premium Edition will come with access to the first Starfield DLC – Shattered Space – and both the Constellation Skin Pack, and the Digital Extras bundle. This includes a soundtrack and an art book. The Constellation Edition comes with all of that and a digital game download code, a Starfield Chronomark Watch, a case for that watch, and a Constellation Patch.
